Key terms — 2026 Drafting & Design Agreement

Up to 3 minimal revisions after preliminary approval are included. Additional revisions are $70/hr + HST, quoted before work begins.
Pricing is based on the agreed design and area; changes in specifications or a redesign may add charges.
Plan design may change slightly to meet engineering requirements — you'll be notified as soon as possible.
Approved plans are final. Later changes are charged at Interhabs' discretion.
Timelines are estimates; slow responses to design questions can delay completion.
All drawings and designs remain the sole property of Interhabs Ltd., including custom and client-influenced designs.
Site visits and extra consultations are not included. The client provides site information; Interhabs is not responsible for survey coordinates, septic, well or electrical placement.
Drafting deposits are non-refundable.
